This is an original art poster featuring an etching by Raphael Soyer (Portrait of Isaac Singer).
It is a lithograph on fine wove paper and is in very good condition, notable is one small defect at the left border.
Raphael Soyer (born December 25, 1899 in Borisoglebsk (today: Voronezh Oblast), Russian Empire, † November 4, 1987 in New York City, USA) was an American painter, draftsman and lithographer of the 20th century.
Isaac Bashevis Singer born November 21, 1902 in Leoncin, today in the powiat Nowodworski (Masovia), Poland ; † July 24, 1991 in Surfside, Miami-Dade County, Florida) was a Polish-American writer. As the only Yiddish writer to date, he received the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1978.
