Beautiful photo poster made for an exhibition at the Gewerbemuseum Basel, Switzerland, in 1987 with photos taken by Horst von Harbou (German, 1879-1953) during the filming of Fritz Lang's Metropolis in 1927.
Metropolis is a 1927 German expressionist science-fiction drama film directed by Fritz Lang and written by Thea von Harbou (the photographers sister) in collaboration with Lang from von Harbou's 1925 novel of the same name.
The poster is in good condition with handling wear along the borders and some pinholes.
The poster is unframed and will be sent rolled in a sturdy tube. The price includes registered/tracked and fully insured shipping with national post.
