This is an original silkscreen-lithography art poster by Max Bill featuring his work "Surfaces - marlborough-godard" and advertising an exhibition in Canada in 1972.

The poster is in used condition with signs of former rolling, general signs of handling along the borders (knitters), a water stain at the right border and a dog-ear at the bottom right corner.

Max Bill (22 December 1908 - 9 December 1994) was a Swiss architect, artist, painter, typeface designer, industrial designer, and graphic designer. He is considered to have had a great influence on Swiss graphic design in the 1950s.

The poster is unframed and will be sent rolled in a sturdy tube. The price includes registered/tracked and fully insured shipping with national post.
