This is a beautiful silkscreen-lithography art poster by Max Beckmann featuring an artwork with an abstract man holding a doll and advertising an exhibition at the "Busch-Reisinger Museum" in 1977.

The poster is in used condition with signs of handling along the borders and yellowish spots all across the surface.

Max Carl Friedrich Beckmann (February 12, 1884 - December 27, 1950) was a German painter, draftsman, printmaker, sculptor, and writer. Although he is classified as an Expressionist artist, he rejected both the term and the movement.
