This is an original photo poster by Eiichi Sakurai entitled "Spring 1945", advertising an exhibition at the Art Institute of Chicago in 1982, USA.

It is in a used condition with discoloration at the right border as well as two small tears at the left corner along with multiple horizontal folds at the op of the poster. There is also a dog ear at the bottom left corner

Eiichi Sakurai (桜井栄一, Sakurai Eiichi, 1909-1998) was a renowned Japanese photographer and a mechanical engineer. He is most remembered for his work as an amateur photographer,[2] receiving in 1965 the "Distinguished Contributions Award" from the Photographic Society of Japan for his long career and contributions to Japanese Photography.
